3 Ways to Support Palmer Home for Children
Each year, Palmer Home serves hundreds of children and families by connecting them with resources to help them thrive emotionally, socially, mentally, academically, and spiritually. Each year, we are thankful to be witness to the many reunification stories that we play a role in. But there’s still work to be done.
This holiday, dozens of children will spend the holidays away from their families. As we work with their families to create environments where children can thrive, we also provide a safe and supportive space for children who are in transitional care until they can be reunited with their families.
As a privately-funded nonprofit, we cannot do this work alone. We depend on the support of generous donors to make our mission possible. There are a number of ways to support the children and families we care for this holiday season:
Make a Donation
A one-time donation to Palmer Home can support our children and families who rely on your support. Gifts of all sizes provide the necessary support we need to help each child thrive.
Become a Monthly Donor
Our monthly sponsors donate an amount of their choosing each month which supports the work of our caregivers, social workers, and campus care staff who provide support for children and families in our care.
We are so thankful to have an opportunity to support so many new faces at Palmer Home, but we need your help providing essentials and preparing for the arrival of new children each month. We have an opportunity to provide care for many more children in the coming weeks, and we hope to begin preparing for their arrivals soon. We ask that you consider making a recurring monthly donation to help us provide this continual necessary support for preparation and quality care.
Attend an Event
Our events help support our mission and those we serve. In addition to our five annual events that take place throughout the Mid-South area each year, we also host numerous microevents and fundraisers that allow you to support us while getting involved in your community or supporting a local business.
