The Dr. Hugh Francis, Jr. Wellness Center is a 25,000 square-foot, state-of-the-art facility that welcomes all to Palmer Home.

Who is Dr. Hugh Francis, Jr.?
Dr. Hugh Francis, Jr. was a faithful friend and servant to Palmer Home for Children since 1968. His personal commitment to the scriptural mandate to care for children led him to Palmer Home and our mission to provide care for every child who needs hope.
Connection and Community
Opened in 2022, the Wellness Center serves as the heart of our campus care program, housing educational, clinical, and social programs designed to provide the children at Palmer Home with the most opportunities to thrive.
Caring for the Whole Child
Children with a history of trauma have unique physical, emotional, social, educational, and spiritual needs. Our Wellness Center seeks to provide a space to address these needs so true healing can begin.
