Building Hope and Dreams for Children in Need

Legacy New Homes, a prominent name in the DeSoto County community, stands as a beacon of compassion and commitment to supporting vulnerable children. Their journey with Palmer Home for Children began through their involvement with the Mudbug Bash events, where they saw an opportunity to give back to the community they cherish and are striving to expand in.

“Supporting Palmer Home felt like a natural fit,” said owner Pam Miller. “We were excited to be part of something meaningful in our community.”

Their support has played a crucial role in Palmer Home’s mission of providing a safe and nurturing environment for children in need. Through financial contributions, volunteering time, and spreading awareness, Legacy New Homes has enabled Palmer Home to continue its vital work.

What resonated with Pam and her team most deeply was an opportunity to become involved in activities that bring joy and support the growth of the young people served through Palmer Home.

“We love children and being involved with activities that bring them joy and support their growth,” she said. “I hope our contributions bring peace and hope for the children’s future. Knowing that there are people who care for them and want them to succeed is essential for their well-being.”

Looking ahead, Legacy New Homes envisions a deeper partnership with Palmer Home, extending beyond fundraising to direct involvement with the children.

“Beyond fundraising, we hope to become more involved with the children directly—participating in activities, volunteering on the grounds, and offering our support in any way we can. Taking care of children is about more than just financial assistance; it’s about being there for them in every way possible,” she said.

Their involvement with Palmer Home perfectly aligns with their personal values and business motto of treating everyone like family. By supporting Palmer Home, Legacy New Homes extends that sense of family to the children in their community who need it most.

“Our involvement with Palmer Home aligns perfectly with our personal values and business motto of treating everyone like family. Supporting Palmer Home allows us to extend that sense of family to the children in our community who need it most,” she affirmed.

Legacy New Homes urges others to join them in supporting Palmer Home, emphasizing the tangible and meaningful impact it has on the lives of children.

“Supporting Palmer Home is well worth it,” she emphasized. “The impact they make in the lives of children is tangible and meaningful. When you give to Palmer Home, you’re investing in the future of our community and ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.”

Ultimately, they believe that supporting Palmer Home means making a significant difference in the lives of children—the future leaders who need our help, support, and love.

“When you support Palmer Home, you support making a difference in the lives of children—our future leaders,” she said. “These kids need our help, support, and love, and we’re honored to be part of that journey.”
